Get Pre-approved for a loan. Why is it important?

Sphere: Related Content
1) It's easy and fast and can be done over the phone. Or contact me for a simple one page form.

2) It speeds up the buying process. Why? Getting pre-approved lets you know what you can afford and how much your mortgage payments will be. You don't want to waste time looking at homes you can't afford. And when you guess how much you can afford you risk selling yourself short by looking at homes smaller etc. than what you really want.

3) When you make an offer on a home that includes a pre-approval letter from your loan officer indicating your offer amount is "pre-approved" for financing, your offer will be stronger.

So, get pre-approved and become a stronger buyer in a buyer's market!
